If you would like to exchange an item please send it back to us and order your replacement items by emailing our customer service team at info@mybeeznest.com, the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping fee. Next, follow the directions below to return your items.

Shipping & Handling
We're a baby boutique shop bringing you the cutest clothing, shoes and accessories at the best prices.

There is a flat rate shipping fee of $5 on all orders. If you spend $25 or more you will receive free shipping! Most of our products will be shipped through USPS. Orders received in our system will take 1-2 business days to process and ship. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery can take up to 3-4 days after item has shipped. *Please note that this time may vary during the busy holiday season. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Personalized or custom orders may require additional time. We are always working to send out orders in an efficient and timely manner.
